About the Creator


Coming from an artistic family, Noel Vogt has been drawn to the many different avenues of design. She was pretty sure this would be the direction she would attempt. Childhood friends and family will agree that Noel’s favorite part of the day was spent creating the atmosphere in which to play. From teacher to doctor, banker to grocer, chef to mechanic, the part she enjoyed most was setting up the school, office or store front. Each detail was considered, down to the logos and corporate identity. Nearly every activity required branding and, of course, anyone who wanted to play needed a business card.


After tinkering around in college with the various art disciplines, Noel was very fortunate to be offered a chance to intern at a local Design Studio. She felt so at home and it soon became apparent that she should study Graphic Arts. The industry was just transitioning into the computer age and it was more than a little exciting to be a part of.


Noel continued to enjoy employment opportunities with some of Orange County’s respected Ad Agencies during college and throughout her early career as a Jr. Designer, Art Director and Creative Director. She learned so much and has always felt blessed to be doing work she enjoys. That said, her dream of someday going out on her own remained an ultimate goal. That dream came true six months after becoming a mommy and choosing to work at home. She has been lucky enough to have the chance to work as a freelance designer for the past three years.


She recently started thinking again about a long held desire to design a line of Invitations and Greeting Cards! Having always loved creating cards and invitations for her personal use she began to develop an idea for a truly original line of cards that would allow others to create and personalize custom cards and invitations without the huge expense normally associated with “custom”. Thus GeTogethers was born.
