Kansas City Baby Back Ribs
1 Rack Baby Back Ribs
21 Salute Seasoning
Salt
Kansas City BBQ Sauce
Liberally season rack on both sides with 21 Salute and salt. Wrap in foil and bake 375˚ oven of 45 min. to an hour (until ribs are tender).
Preheat grill on medium high. Sauce ribs lightly and turn when sauce is baked on and ribs take on same color. Repeat 3 times.
Thai Chix Satay
1 Package Fresh Chicken Tenders
1 Bottle Thai Red Curry Sauce
1 Can Lite Coconut Milk
1 Bottle Peanut Sauce
Skewer tenders on bamboo or actual skewers and marinate in Red Curry Sauce and Coconut Milk mixed together. Clean grill well and heat on high. Oil grill and cook skewers on edge of grill so that skewers are hanging off(so they will not burn off). Serve with peanut sauce.
Grilled Halibut with Basil Balsamic Vinaigrette
For Halibut
1 Package Frozen Halibut Steaks(de-frosted)
Olive Oil Spray
Salt & Fresh Ground Pepper(to taste)
For Vinaigrette
1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
1 Pkg Basil
1 Pkg Shallots
1/4 Cup Aioli Garlic Mustard Sauce
Salt & Fresh Ground Pepper(to taste)
Season, spray and grill halibut steaks. Place all vinaigrette ingredients in blender and puree. May need to stop and push basil down 2-3 times. Sauce halibut steaks with Basil Vinaigrette and serve with grilled sweet potatoes and sugar plum tomatoes.

Fill a collins glass with ice and add vodka. Fill with the Juices
