SHIPPING
Standard United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail shipping rates apply to all Continental US locations. Expect 5-7 days for delivery, after final approval has been received, depending on your location. Extra shipping charges may apply to Alaska, Hawaii and other international destinations.


PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to us. As part of the order process, only the following information is collected for GeTogethers: name, shipping address, email address and phone number. This information will be used for current order only and not retained within a database. GeTogethers will use info to contact you regarding proofs, questions and delivery. Your information will never be sold or shared with anyone.


RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your order we will be glad to make an exchange or accept returns for any items returned within 28 days of the shipping date. Return shipment will be at customer’s expense. Items must be in perfect condition. All custom/personalized items and cards are not accepted for return. We will promptly refund upon receipt of returned and undamaged items.


PHOTOGRAPHY - Guidelines & Submission

Images for use on Photo Cards will only be accepted digitally through email to noelvogt@mac.com. Do not select any option to “optimize” or reduce the file size of your attachment for easier email sharing as this will affect the quality of your print. To ensure high-quality prints your photos should meet our minimum recommended image resolution requirement. Please supply images as 5 x 7” (1000 x 720 pixels) and 300dpi. If your photo has a resolution below these recommendations, your prints may result in a lower quality. To make your image fit the varying print sizes, required for your requested layout, it may be necessary for us to enlarge the image slightly and crop out what doesn’t fit.


RESPONSIBLE PAPER PRODUCTION - RPP GREEN EFFORTS

GeTogethers stationary and paper accessories were created with our planet in mind. Our designer cards and papers are all printed on Post Consumer Fibers and our printers operate with reduced volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions, recycling their ink waste. Each trendy envelope is made from fine paper manufactured with 100% clean, renewable hydroelectric energy produced right at the mill.
